Murder mystery evening
Wow what an evening! We have received so many lovely comments from people who were lucky enough to attend. Apologies to those that couldn’t get tickets. We were surprised and delighted that tickets sold out within a couple of days…. And rest assured we are discussing repeating the event in some form next year. My thanks to Tina for organising and convincing her friends to put on a show, and to the rest of the trustees, true team work. It was wonderful to showcase what facilities our hall has to offer.
BUT…. Don’t wait for us, the hall is available for anyone to hire. Amazing kitchen, sound and lighting system plus a great stage to put on your own show stopper… This could be the income your charity is calling out for.
In other news….
The new hiring charges went live last month. If you have any questions please do get in touch with our letting agent Angela as she will be able to help. Alternatively a copy can be found within every edition of SAL, or on the village hall website https://savh.org.uk/
Apart from that, the hall trustees take a back seat on fundraising until the Autumn, but there will be many exciting village events to fill the summer – fetes, fairs, parties and shows, keep an eye open for adverts, or better still hire it and party 😊
