The changes – both increases and decreases – are designed to ensure fairness to all, and to emphasise
this, a group I’m heavily involved with have had the biggest increase in hiring fees! We have also taken
a considerable amount of time to scrutinise the hiring agreement, the terms and conditions of which I
guess many never read, so I urge you to do so. They explain what you are responsible for and what we
promise to offer.
