Please find below the Garden Club programme for 23/24. Anyone wishing to join the club would be most welcome, the annual subscription is currently £10 p.p. And £15 for a family. As you will see from the programme, generally we meet in the Village Hall 1st Tuesday of every month, during the winter, with a guest speaker and during the summer months we have visits to various gardens, some of which you can only access through Garden Clubs. The Garden club membership also gives deductions from various garden centres & nurseries.

Speaker: Alan Clark “Extreme Allotmenteering” A very exciting and entertaining talk by a man with nine allotments!

Speaker: Paul Williams “Digging Deeper” A bit of soft science looking at what goes on inside plants,how they protect themselves from pests and diseases,how soils behave,why plants are variegated and a lot of other ‘stuff’. Not as heavy as it might sound!
