The Meeting Room measures 5.4m x 4.2m and offers a flexible space for smaller groups of up to 20 people. Ideal for classes or club meetings, it has a separate direct entrance from the car park and access to the kitchen. When hired together with the Main Hall (All Facilities hire), it can serve as a breakout/quiet room for seminars, a side room for refreshments, a dressing room for performers (it has direct access from stage) or can just be a safe space for storing items while using the main hall for a large event. The room is equipped with 4 square table and 28 upholstered chairs.
